structure migrate

structure migrate [--dry-run]              check said this company is still on the old
                                           names: this renames its own files, in one
                                           commit — overbot.yml → structure.yml and
                                           .overbot/ → .structure/, history kept, the
                                           compiled files rewritten to name them.
                                           Refuses on uncommitted changes and while a
                                           serve is running on the company; a second
                                           run says there is nothing to do. --dry-run
                                           says what would move and moves nothing
