structure serve [--repo <path>] [--port N]   run the company: the runtime the room (tui)
                [--host H] [--stop] [-v]   rides on — the API, its /instance page, and
                                           the console — every subsystem narrating
                                           what it does, one line each, as it happens.
                                           The company is checked as you edit, and the
                                           agent dialects recompile when canon changes —
                                           findings and recompiles appear in the stream.
                                           -v starts with the raw detail unfolded; press
                                           v while it runs to fold/unfold live
                                           H defaults to 127.0.0.1; beyond loopback
                                           /api needs the serve token (structure doctor).
                                           --stop stops the serve open on this checkout,
                                           wherever it was started from — the one gesture
                                           that ends one (--force for a serve the desktop
                                           app is supervising)
