structure forget

structure forget <name-or-path> [--yes]    this device stops knowing a company: the row
                                           leaves the registry, so it is gone from every
                                           picker and switcher here. NOTHING IS DELETED —
                                           the folder, its history and its branches are
                                           untouched. It un-knows a company; it does not
                                           un-make one. Consequence first, then one yes;
                                           an unknown name is refused with the list of
                                           what this device does know. Bare `forget`
                                           prints that list
