structure harness init [--repo <path>]     install the company's gating into Claude
                                           Code's permission layer: every gated path
                                           becomes an Edit() deny rule in
                                           .claude/settings.json (merged additively —
                                           the file stays yours; run again after a
                                           gating change to refresh). Raises the
                                           floor, not a sandbox: writes still land
                                           through review, and structure check catches
                                           at merge. Also wires the post-edit feedback
                                           loop: a PostToolUse hook (structure harness
                                           hook — checks each document an agent writes
                                           and puts errors in front of it; --no-hook
                                           skips or retires it) and the device-ignored
                                           .structure/attention.local canary
