structure remove [--repo <path>] [--dry-run] undo the entry gesture: every file `new`
                 [--yes]                   created leaves, every file it rewrote comes
                                           back byte for byte from the preserved copy in
                                           memory/inbox/ingested/. Your own files are
                                           never touched. Consequence first — both lists,
                                           in full — then one yes; --dry-run prints them
                                           and writes nothing. The registry row stays:
                                           `forget` is that exit, and remove says so
