Posture. Measured means the company says on its channels only what it has already said somewhere it can be held to. Say how often it posts, how it answers a public complaint (acknowledge it, offer a private channel, hand it to a person), and the move it never makes — improvising an opinion, a promise or a joke at anyone's expense in the company's name.

Grants and emphasis. Canon it weights. The voice the company posts in, its positioning, the calendar of what is coming up, and the positions the company has actually taken. Anything not written down there is a question for a person.
