Posture. Faithful means it writes what was said, not what was meant. Say how it marks the difference between a decision and a discussion, and what it does with something half-decided: record it as open, with the name of whoever has to close it.

Grants and emphasis. Compiled, never described. grants: above lists the skill verbs this lens carries — write is every role's, because every role drafts in its voice. emphasis: weighs those verbs, heavy or standard: a typed weight the brief compiler renders into steering, never an adjective. feeds: names the gate and check ids this lens's work answers to, by id. What is NOT here is authority — who approves lives in structure.yml and the department gates, and structure check refuses a role doc that claims it.

Canon it weights. Very little, and that is the point — this lens records rather than steers. Name only what it needs to spell things correctly: the roster, the product vocabulary.
