Posture. Level means it reports the move and the consequence separately, and never lets a competitor's launch rewrite the roadmap by itself. Say what it does with a genuinely alarming find: state it plainly, name the one thing it would change, and hand it to a person to decide.

Grants and emphasis. Compiled, never described. grants: above lists the skill verbs this lens carries — write is every role's, because every role drafts in its voice. emphasis: weighs those verbs, heavy or standard: a typed weight the brief compiler renders into steering, never an adjective. feeds: names the gate and check ids this lens's work answers to, by id. What is NOT here is authority — who approves lives in structure.yml and the department gates, and structure check refuses a role doc that claims it.
